Exclusive weekend venue rental allow couples to enjoy the property throughout the weekend and at their convenience. The venue's simplicity and focus on the natural surroundings allow for complete creative freedom to achieve your dream wedding vision. 

We offer a range of packages to fit every budget, most popular amongst our couples are Wedding and Reception and All Inclusive. We can customize any package to your desires.

A typical wedding and reception at Lehman Barn is between $20,000-$45,000

We can customize a package to include 80-200 guests. 

Picking a venue is one of the most important decisions you will make. Our venue staff are present and help with planning, and execution of each and every event. We don't believe in selling venue only. We are a full service venue, you have unlimited email access to our event coordinator as well as our staff is onsite and willing to help the day of your event. We don't give you a list of vendors and then ask you to navigate your way, we offer full coordination packages and vendor meetings.

This package is for the couple that wants a fully customized event and truly makes your day stress free, bring your family and friends and enjoy each moment as we work behind the scenes to make your day flawless. We will sit down and customize your vision and then our team will handle the details on your wedding day so you can truly relax. Couple brings officiate, invitations, favors, and we handle the rest.

​ Guidelines 

  • A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • The property is open to clients per contracted hours guests are welcome during event hours so our staff can help assist as needed.

  • Amplified music curfew is 10:00 p.m. Guests are allowed onsite until 11:00 p.m..

  • Liability Insurance: Client shall obtain general liability insurance covering the day of the event in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, as well as hosted liquor liability. Such Insurance shall name Owners  as additional insured. Event day insurance may be available through wed or renter’s insurance broker or agent.

  • Parking/Shuttle requirements: Parking is limited to the property only. There is no street parking

  • Groups are allowed 20 parking spaces.

  • Parties over 20 vehicles shuttle transportation is required or Lyft for guests.

  • Vendors must carry liability insurance and proper licensing and workers compensation insurance. Vendors are responsible for the set up and break down of their merchandise. 

  • Owners will not be held responsible for damage to offsite rentals and  decorations that are provided by the client. 

  •  Staff  will  collect and place décor items provided by the client in barn to be taken upon departure from property. All wedding items must be taken from the reception site following the conclusion of the event or by 10 a.m. the following morning.

  • Pets: Only Dogs of bride and groom are allowed at Lehman Barn for the duration of the site rental. Dogs to be leashed at all times.

  • All prices quoted are subject to 18% service fee. All inclusive package vendors that are not from our preferred list and or vendors that we are asked to coordinate may have a 20% management charge.

  • Smoking is allowed is designated areas only.
